TWL isn’t responsible about the users’ mistakes at inputting data in the forms to buy lottery.
8.- Resolution of controversies and competence:
The parts submit any lawsuit or discrepancy, total or partial, which could arise in the interpretation or execution of the present norms, to the competence of the Courts of the city of Zaragoza (Spain).
